The digital product sold is SportCompare Premium for 1 year, which unlocks unlimited community friend invitations. Standard registration is free and includes one friend.
Premium costs 99 Kč for customers in the Czech Republic and 4 EUR for international customers. The price includes all charges for the billing period. The order is concluded by pressing the Order and pay button.
Digital service orders are usually processed immediately, at the latest within 1 business day after payment via Stripe. Access to Premium features starts once the membership is activated for the specific user account.
Payment is processed through the Stripe payment gateway. While the payment is being processed, the order may remain in a pending state. Activation is completed after the paid status is confirmed.
Territorial limitation: the service is provided online. A valid SportCompare account and internet access are required for activation. The service uses data obtained from Strava after user authorization.
The customer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days if the digital service has not yet been fully activated and used.

For a digital service activated at the customer's explicit request before the withdrawal period ends, the withdrawal right may expire to the extent permitted by law. If the service has not been activated, we will return the funds using the same payment method without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal is accepted.
There are no direct return costs for this digital service because no physical goods are delivered.
The operator must provide the service without defects. If Premium does not work correctly, you can submit a complaint via podpora@sportcompare.eu or +420725561607.
A complaint should include account identification, a description of the issue, and the preferred resolution. We handle complaints without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.
Possible resolutions: service correction, a reasonable discount, or a refund if the defect cannot be removed.

We process personal data to register user accounts, provide the SportCompare service, connect to Strava, manage friendships, provide customer support, and process Premium membership payments. We use Strava OAuth for the Strava connection, where the user explicitly authorizes access to their account. Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interest, and where applicable compliance with legal obligations.
From Strava we only read the data needed for performance comparison, in particular the activity list, activity type, activity date, distance, moving time, elevation gain, and derived statistics such as average speed. Users can revoke Strava access at any time by disconnecting their account in the Connections section or by removing the authorization directly in their Strava settings.
We protect data using technical and organizational measures. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data via :email.
Data may be shared with Strava to fetch activities and with Stripe, Inc. to process payments. In this process, Stripe also acts as an independent data controller under its own processing policies.
Free registration includes a free account and one friend. Premium extends the limit to unlimited friends and remains active for 1 year from activation.
